He will take an in-depth look into your current financial picture and learn about the goals you want to achieve throughout your lifetime. Joe cares about what is important to you and your family. He will work in a fiduciary capacity to identify your needs and solutions to achieve financial success.
Joe is passionate & truly cares about the relationships he builds with his clients. He believes relationships are the backbone to building a trusted long-term plan together. He has specialized in working with physicians, professionals, executives, and business owners for over 15 years. Joe provides guidance and solutions to insurance, investment, estate planning and family needs. He utilizes world class insurance and investment strategies to help you achieve your financial needs.
In addition, Joe and his partners have built a trusted team that will work closely with you throughout the process of executing your financial plan. His team is passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for their clients.
Professionally, Joe thinks education is necessary to continue to build his wealth of knowledge to assist his clients. He is an RICP, which stands for Retirement Income Certified Professional. This means he can design and execute planning strategies and retirement income strategies. Joe has been working with Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor since 2005. He is a 2003 graduate of West Virginia University, where he majored in Communication Studies, along with a concentration in Business Administration. Joe has been a Million Dollar Round Table qualifier since 2010 and has been a member of NAIFA as well. In addition, Joe has been a Forum qualifying member since 2012, which represents the top segment of the company's advisors.
Personally, Joe loves spending time with his family. He is happily married to his wife Jessica Hoover and has two sons, Brayden & Easton. He is an avid West Virginia University sports fan. Joe enjoys playing intermural sports, hiking, biking, and participating in various races for charity. He is also an outdoor enthusiast and loves to hunt in the central Pennsylvania region, as well as Wyoming during yearly big game hunting trips. When he’s not hunting, you can find Joe out on his boat deep sea fishing.
Joe is an active member in his community. He is currently a junior leader of the United Way and donates to Alex‘s Lemonade Stand. Joe has been actively involved with the charity Team Phenomenal Hope. Joe and his partner Kevin are co- founders of Brews and Bites for Pulmonary Hypertension, where they have raised over $15,000. Joe loves to coach t-ball and is an active board member for Avonworth Baseball League.
Kevin Yeargers CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®

Kevin joined Northwestern Mutual after graduating from Penn State University in 2004 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Business Law. Kevin also took the opportunity to advance his expertise in the financial services industry by obtaining his CLU certification and Series 7 license. As your Financial Advisor, Kevin Yeargers works with you to evaluate your current financial standing and your future goals. Together, the two of you will identify needs and solutions that can help you achieve your financial goals. Kevin specializes in working with physicians and business owners by providing guidance on estate, business and investment decisions. He works best with individuals who care about their families and careers, and those who take responsibility in their economic safety. Kevin, believes wholeheartedly that relationships are the foundation of every strong business venture. By first identifying your most pressing financial priorities and then comparing what you have to what you want, Kevin works together with you by offering solutions using world-class insurance services and innovative investment products that fit you and your needs.
Kevin’s greatest joy is his family, and outside of the office you will find him spending time with his wife, Dawn, and their three children.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys traveling, golfing, participating in triathlons and marathons. He is an active member of his community, and is the founder of Brews and Bites for Pulmonary Hypertension. Kevin, and his partner, Joseph Hoover, raised over $15K in donations. Kevin has also competed in several races to raise money for various charities. He is extremely passionate when it comes to supporting Team Phenomenal Hope, their mission, and their goal to find a cure.
Brandon Fisher CFP®
Wealth Management Advisor and Co-Founder
Brandon joined Northwestern Mutual in 2010. As a proud alumnus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Brandon graduated in 2008 earning a BA in Hospitality Management. Continuing is lifelong learning focus, he has attained the professional designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Utilizing his foundational knowledge of hospitality management, Brandon has been able to hone in on his passion of helping others.
Brandon and his team work with high caliber, caring professionals. In this context, he advises a wide range of clients including retirees, physicians, executives and business owners. The team focuses on serving the estate, business, and investment planning needs for families & individuals, while recognizing the need for personalized, comprehensive, and relationship-based planning process.
Brandon and his wife Joanna live in Mars, PA with their son, Cameron, and newborn daughter, Callie. He is an avid Penn State fan, watching all their football games and wrestling matches. When he isn’t focused on his clients’ financial security, Brandon enjoys doing CrossFit, being outside, mountain biking, playing golf, and most importantly, wrestling with his son. He is very into trying and picking up new outdoor hobbies, recently taking an interest in smoking meats!
Zack joined our team as an Associate Financial Advisor after graduating from Penn State University in 2013. As a financial advisor, Zack specializes in the medical field helping clients achieve financial security. He works with clients to identify their current financial situation with their short and long term goals to develop a plan that will create financial freedom. He helps provide guidance with student loans, benefits, disability and life insurance as well as retirement planning. In his spare time, Zack loves to travel and volunteers in his community with charities and coaching midget football.
Lejla immigrated from Bosnia & Herzegovina to the United States as a refugee when she was 3½ years old. She graduated from high school in St. Louis, MO, moving to Pittsburgh in 2016 to attend the University of Pittsburgh for a dual degree in biological sciences & economics. After graduating, she worked in the mortgage industry before joining Physician Financial in the spring of 2022. She assists the team in preparing financial statements, generating insurance illustrations for life insurance, disability insurance, long term care & annuity products, and developing personalized financial planning presentations for existing and prospective clientele. In her personal time, Lejla enjoys traveling the world, playing soccer, and exploring Pittsburgh with her cat, Papaya!
Brienne joined Physician Financial in April 2022. She manages the opening of investment accounts and processes account transactions. She is a great liaison for account operations between you, the client, and the advisor.
Brienne worked in the financial industry for 3 years prior to leaving to be part owner of an online fishing retail company, but she is happy to be back in the financial industry again. Outside of work, Brienne enjoys spending time with friends and family, is a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pitt basketball, but her favorite thing to do is go on hikes and spend time with her dog, Penny.
Dan began his career at Northwestern Mutual in Spring of 2022. Prior to working at Northwestern Mutual he spent 14 years at the BNY Mellon in Benefit Disbursements and Investor Solutions. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA he graduated from Penn State University in 2005. He still resides in the South Hills with his wife Heather, and their two children Daytona and Logan. He is actively involved in his community soccer organization, and coaches his son’s travel soccer team. In his spare time, Dan enjoys camping, kayaking with his dog, and going to the beach.
Sue Ann started with Physician Financial in early 2022, coordinating insurance services. She has a Political Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to staying home full time to raise her children, she was a lobbyist working in Government Affairs at Highmark.
Sue Ann lives with her husband, Ed, and their Shetland Sheep Dog, Floyd, in Moon Township and is mother to two grown boys, Alex, who is in sales and Evan, who is a biologist. During her years at home, she volunteered in several capacities serving as PTO President, Concession Coordinator for Moon Baseball and several other organizations and worked at Hobby Lobby for several years. She enjoys cooking, all kinds of crafts and gardening in her spare time.
Jaime began her career at Northwestern Mutual in the spring of 2023. She assists in opening investment accounts and processing account transactions. Prior to working at Northwestern Mutual, she spent the last 12 years in the real estate industry. Jaime was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, where she still resides. In her spare time, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and three cats. On the weekend, you can find her at the lake, cooking, hiking, and traveling.
